Collaborate

People Tank’s approach to learning design mirrors the ADDIE model with our own tailored process: Discover, Design, Develop, Deliver, and Uptake. Here’s how it aligns: 

  1. Discover: This is where we begin by fully understanding your organisation's learning needs, business context, and desired outcomes. Through interactive workshops, stakeholder interviews, and content analysis, we identify the specific goals and success metrics for the program. 

     

  2. Design: In this phase, we plan the learning solution based on our discoveries. Our Instructional Designers collaborate with internal stakeholders to create a detailed blueprint of the program. This may involve using existing content or building bespoke materials. We create high-level design documents, storyboards, or prototypes, ensuring the program aligns with your strategic objectives. 

     

  3. Develop: This is where we bring the design to life. Our team of experts develops the learning assets, incorporating feedback and iterating through Alpha and Beta stages. During this phase, you have opportunities to review and refine the content, ensuring it meets your expectations. 

     

  4. Deliver: This is where your learning comes to life. We deliver the final program, ready for your organisation. If needed, we work with your internal facilitators to ensure they are equipped to implement the training effectively or we deliver this solution for you. 

     

  5. Uptake: Unique to People Tank, Uptake focuses on post-delivery support to ensure the learning is applied effectively. We provide ongoing coaching, gather feedback, and measure the impact to ensure that the learning outcomes are achieved and drive meaningful change within your organisation.
