Over the past four years, People Tank has proudly partnered with Adica (Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance Company of Australia) to design and deliver transformative learning solutions. This partnership has spanned multiple initiatives, equipping both head office and contact centre staff in Victoria with the skills, tools, and knowledge to excel in their roles.


A Comprehensive Learning Partnership

Our collaboration with Adica has focused on three core areas:
 

  1. Strategic Leadership Development Program
    We designed and delivered a bespoke leadership program to develop strategic thinking, decision-making, and resilience among Adica’s leaders. The program was tailored to address the challenges of leading in a dynamic, customer-centric industry, ensuring participants could apply their learning to drive organisational success.

     

  2. Professional Development Workshops
    Delivered across a range of topics, these workshops empowered staff at all levels with practical skills and insights to enhance their performance. Key areas included:

    • Effective communication and collaboration

    • Time management and prioritisation

    • Emotional intelligence and stress management
       

  3. Microsoft 365 Applications Training
    To elevate productivity and streamline workflows, we provided targeted training in Microsoft 365 applications. These sessions helped staff optimise their use of tools like Excel, Teams, and SharePoint, enabling them to work more efficiently and collaboratively.

 

Tailored Solutions for Diverse Teams

With a workforce spanning head office staff and contact centre teams in regional Victoria, our programs were designed to address the unique needs of each group:
 

  • Head Office Staff: Training focused on leadership, strategic initiatives, and enhancing cross-departmental collaboration.

  • Contact Centre Staff: Workshops targeted practical skills to improve customer interactions, manage workloads effectively, and use technology to streamline processes.
