Since 2021, People Tank has been a strategic learning partner to William Buck, delivering transformative learning programs across Australia, New Zealand, and the Philippines. Our partnership has focused on building leadership and professional development capabilities in Managers while preparing future leaders through the highly regarded Seniors College program.

Manager Fundamentals Series (2022-2024):
Delivered to multiple cohorts nationally, this program equipped managers with essential skills to lead effectively, navigate challenges, and drive team success. By providing practical tools and strategies, we empowered participants to make an immediate impact in their roles.

Professional Development Virtual Series (2022-2024):
Designed to be accessible to all staff, this series offered a diverse range of topics aimed at enhancing professional skills and fostering a culture of continuous learning. The virtual format ensured inclusivity and scalability across William Buck’s global workforce.

Seniors College Program (2023-2024):
Aimed at developing the organisation’s future leaders, this program focused on building advanced leadership capabilities and preparing participants to elevate their careers. Facilitated by 3 of People Tank's experienced facilitators, we supported participants in taking the next step in their leadership journey through immersive experiences using LEGO Serious Play and practical learning, along with understanding their own personal leadership styles through DISC.
