In 2022, People Tank partnered with Afterpay to support their global Operations Learning team in creating a transformative leadership coaching program. This initiative, designed for Team Leaders across seven countries - Australia, New Zealand, the UK, the EU, Canada, the US, and the Philippines - has been instrumental in fostering leadership excellence across the organisation.

 

A Global Leadership Coaching Program

In close collaboration with Afterpay, People Tank designed and delivered the Coaching Leaders Program, a highly contextualised solution tailored to the organisation’s unique needs and global footprint. The program’s goals were to:

  • Equip Team Leaders with critical coaching and leadership skills.

  • Strengthen cross-regional collaboration and leadership consistency.

  • Enable leaders to foster high-performing, engaged teams across diverse markets.

  1. Instructional Design of the Afterpay Coaching Leaders Program:
    Our team worked closely with Afterpay to design a program that aligned with their strategic goals and operational realities. By incorporating real-world scenarios and challenges faced by Team Leaders, the content was both practical and impactful.
     

  2. Virtual Facilitation of the Coaching Leaders Program:
    Delivered as a global initiative, the virtual format allowed us to reach leaders across all seven regions, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity. Interactive sessions encouraged active participation, peer learning, and the immediate application of coaching techniques in a global context.
