Adele is a collaborative and dynamic Learning & Development Consultant who specialises in the facilitation and design of bespoke, high energy and participative professional development workshops to enhance the performance of individuals and teams – with expertise and a background in Human Resources, organisational psychology and DISC Profiling.
She facilitates and design learning experiences that are engaging, fun and interactive, tailored to learner needs and transfer back to the workplace. Receiving consistently high participant feedback and secure and retain ongoing high-profile clients via quality program development and facilitation that supports strategic and operational business requirements.

• Holds a Master of Applied (Organisational) Psychology, specialising in Transfer of Learning.
• Experienced and skilled in Instructional Design.
• Accredited in DISC profiling and Emotional Intelligence.
• Facilitates engaging and high-energy face-to-face and virtual professional development workshops, adapting program content to meet learner needs.
• Designs and tailors bespoke content in alignment with organisational needs and strategy.
• Works with HR and senior leaders pre- and post-training to ensure learning is transferred and embedded back in the workplace.
