Experience
Colin is a senior facilitator, coach, and trainer, specialising in behavioural change and employee transformation.
Prior to setting up his own business, FULCRUM-CJS Consulting, Colin was one of two Engineering Enablement Directors for Nutanix, providing a range of development activities for Nutanix’s engineers and sales engineers, globally.
Most of his learning and development experience was with rogenSi (latterly TTEC Consulting), where he served in Australia and North America but worked with global clients across four continents. During that time, the primary focus was on sales growth initiatives with banking and financial services clients like Westpac (Retail, Business Bank), J P Morgan Chase (Investment Bank, Retail, Private Bank, Tech & Ops, Analyst to Associate), Bank of America (Investment, Retail, Private Bank, A2A), Lazard, Aberdeen, Goldman Sachs (Analyst to Associate Programme), Bank of Tokyo (Private Bank), Citibank (Investment Bank, Analyst to Associate Programme). The other focus area was leadership development with professional services clients like Deloitte (US Firm and China Firm).
Colin’s strengths are an ability to quickly connect with his clients and distil the necessary requirements for a successful transformation journey, to be clear, concise and empathetic in his communications with all stakeholders and deliver excellence ‘in the room’ with humility, passion and humour. He is a certified Extraordinary Leader Workshop facilitator/coach™ , Leadership Levers coach, and Immunity to Change coach™. He is also DISC accredited. He was across all of the rogenSi curriculum including the Breakthrough material originally from SI Group.
