His expertise includes developing and implementing strategic IT initiatives and digital transformations, with a focus on delivering impactful people experience changes across a global workforce of 60,000 employees from diverse cultural backgrounds, spanning multiple continents.

Recently, Deni is leading people change in AI enhancements, Deni improved employee engagement and customer interaction points, resulting in significant increases in satisfaction and efficiency.
During his tenure in tech as Global Delivery Director at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Deni was instrumental in the SaaS transformation, enhancing digital customer service tools and processes, boosting customer satisfaction and driving substantial business growth. Deni also formulated and executed the delivery service strategy for one of the largest cloud services in IT, achieving notable business growth and fostering robust global partnerships.

Known for managing high-pressure situations with resilience and a calm demeanour, Deni excels in strategic planning, inclusivity and adapting learning styles. His professional approach ensures every team member feels valued, contributing to a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Outside of their professional achievements, Deni is dedicated to supporting visually impaired individuals through fundraising for the Smith Foundation.
