Mariana

Mariana is passionate about empowering individuals and organisations to unlock their full potential and achieve greater fulfilment and productivity in the workplace. Her approach centres on active listening and transformational coaching, facilitation, and mentoring. She guides leaders through their journeys and equips them with effective strategies to navigate challenges, foster team cohesion, manage conflict, and embrace change.

A certified organisational coach by the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership and a life coach by Robbins Madanes Life Coaching Training, Mariana also holds the SCMP certification from the Global Communication Certification Council. In 2022, she won three consecutive public speaking and leadership contests with Toastmasters International in Canberra and regionally with her inspirational speech, "From Perfect to Imperfect."

Whether coaching individuals and teams, facilitating business workshops, or delivering sessions on leadership skills, Mariana brings passion and insight to every interaction.

Beyond her professional achievements, Mariana volunteers for Vinnies Night Patrol, supporting community members in need, and serves as Director of Diplomacy for the Australia Latam Emerging Leaders Dialogue. Her energetic, empathetic, and inspiring style fosters a culture of continuous learning, helping people and teams thrive in today’s dynamic work environment.
