Mariana is a certified organisational Level 2 coach by the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL) and a life coach by Tony Robbins team training. She is a former SCMP (Strategic Communication Management Professional) certified by the Global Communication Certification Council. She holds a Master of Business Management and a Bachelor of Corporate Communications. Her expertise in strategic communications allows her to advise on aligning messaging across leadership teams and stakeholders during periods of change.

Public speaking is one of her lifelong passions. One of her proudest achievements was clinching three consecutive public speaking and leadership contests with Toastmasters International, captivating audiences with her inspirational speech, “From Perfect to Imperfect.
