With diverse interests and a lifelong learner himself, Shelton not only has a deep understanding of the human condition through his years of studying therapy but also has a strong grasp on technology, he is an early adopter and has taught people to use emerging technology of VR and blockchain for adoption into organisations to shape the future of work, he has a skill for translating complex concepts into easily digestible lessons and practices.

Shelton brings a unique ability to connect and relate to people and is skilful in facilitating group dynamics, he leads with compassion, understanding how to support individuals and groups to connect with themselves and each other for optimising their collective potential. He has designed and delivered soft skill workshops to increase communication and interpersonal skills as well as running men’s wellbeing workshops. He believes that strong communication skills are essential, especially in navigating challenging conversations that drive personal, professional and team growth.
