Whether Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access or Word, Steve's understanding of how participants can use software effectively means that time spent in training can be immediately applied "back at the desk" to produce an immediate nett gain.

A highly experienced classroom, boardroom and online facilitator, Steve is a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) and has Microsoft Certified Application Specialist (MCAS) accreditation. With a further 7 years management-level experience, Steve is able to bring a vast amount of experience in the ‘real world’ to provide not only training, but problem solving.
